Apartment Review for Tuscan Park

This apartment/townhouse is horrible. There is no pool or clubhouse. The police are over here everyday. It should be advertised as a section 8 community because there are a whole lot of kids. Most of the tenants don't work. You always see people getting evicted for nonpayment of rent. You also see some apartments with a lot of drug trafficing going on. The gutters are fallen down in the back of the apartments. The garbage is not picked up off the grounds. Some units don't have screens in the windows. The property is like the ghetto. When tenants ask for something to be upgraded there is usually an excuse of why it can't be done or they want to wait until you renew your lease. The rent goes up every year. The property is very ghetto and has gone down dramatically. Someone is always getting robbed or their car stolen. You see a lot of repo men with tow trucks taking someone's car away. I overheard someone sitting on their porch late at night bragging how they murdered someone. There is always debris on the grass. The name was changed because a new company took over. If you don't get anything in your apartment fixed the front office saves money and they get bonuses. RENTERS BEWARE this apartment has gone down to the gutter. It's like living in the ghetto but worse.
