Apartment Review for Woodbridge Estates

I moved in in May 05, the first problem I had was the office didn't prorate my rent correctly and quoted my a high price than what I was supposed to pay. Then I had a vistor that had a dog with him, it chewed up my hot water tank that was almost a month ago, and I still don't have hot water. The tank and the parts are under warranty but I will still be charged. I have had to live between my moms and boyfriends house to take a hot bath. The area is beautiful but the customer service and management are the worst. These have just been constructed, I have leaks and holes every where, They must have never looked at my move in check list because they never fixed any of the things that were broken or not working. <P>

The manager is a theft and liar, they don't fix check list items at all, the walls are paper thin you can here your neighbors fighting all the time, and there is no security, for the apartments, only for the construction area, if someone breaks in they won't call the police they will just watch the theft in progress.
