Smell The Aroma

I have on several occasions when going to the club house to pay my rent, have noticed the distinct strong smell of marijuana.
I have mensioned it to the staff and they seem to be obliviose to it.
Just makes you wonder what is going on up there
The place is falling apart and they are sitting up there getting HIGH!
