Apartment Review for Abbott Place (Used To Be Capstone Commons)

I signed a lease for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and overall the actual apartments were ok. The rooms were very small...there is no way you could fit a dresser and a desk on top of the full size bed that is provided by the complex. The living room furniture is pretty flimsy as well. The only reason the rent is $366 is because they had a promotion going on at the time, however $366 is still pretty high considering you are over 2 miles north of grand river, you have to share a bathroom, and the apartment isn't anything amazing. ***However the main reason why you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE...is because of the office staff. They are rude and inconsiderate and don't care at all about what you need. Anytime you walk in the office they act like you interrupted something they were doing. They are not organized and messed up my paperwork many times and charged me to have it done again. My mom went in there once to ask a question about random fees they were charging and the manager that we spoke to was completely disrespectful to my mom and acted like a b**** the entire time. If they were rude to a parent imagine how they are to the actual residents. If you like dealing with snotty people all day than this place is for you...if not than do yourself a favor and stay away...it is really not worth it
