I've been here for 6 months now and I really enjoy it. The staff goes out of their way to help. Tina and Adam have been nothing but extremely helpful, and how they remember my name every time I come in is beyond me. But they do. And they are always courteous, professional, and bend over backwards to help.
I had a few maintenance glitches when I first moved in and they handled it right away. I just had something weird with my heat system and they came and inspected, changed the filter (which was the issue) the very next day. Now everything is great.
The included one-car garage is a huge plus. You really want the covered parking with Michigan winters. But there is ample parking everywhere else, too.
The indoor pool is nice and rarely anybody uses it. My kids love it. It's actually fairly large and ok for doing laps, too.
The noise level is fantastically good. It may seem loud when you are out in the common areas, but as soon as I shut my apt. door and am inside? I hear NOTHING. It's really nice.
Lots of families with kids in this complex. Very conveniently located near 275/96/696 and M5.
Highly recommend this place.
My apartment was recently refinished and the quality is very good. Get one that has a view to the courtyard out back - worth it.

The only gripe i had were black bugs all in the hallway on the carpet at night. But, they probably fly in from folks comming in and out of the door so i donot hold management accountable for the bugs. The apts was'nt that bad it could have use a lil cleaning of the cabinets and the bath tub water was'nt going down quickly and the tolilet sounds like it's about to take off out the door when flushed lol. I called maintenance they quickly came fix the tub and took care of the bugs they sprayed and everytime is fine. This is mostly an indian complex. That's fine too glad it's not mexicans lol! Other than that adam lavita and brenda are great. I hate that they moved some african americans in my bldg because their kids are bebe kids and they mess the wood chips and rocks up and run in and out of the door ;o(

I really love my apartment! It was very clean when we moved in and the office staff LaVita,Adam & Brenda are very helpful and always pleasant. They answer all our questions and concerns. The maintenance staff is great!!! I would refer all my friends to live here. It is excellent <P>
