Apartment Review for Silver Lake Arbors

I've lived at this apartment complex for about 6 months and it's been a headache ever since. For starters, the apartment itself had a water damaged window which the office staff said they would replace immediately and had, in fact, 'already ordered it'. Well, that was about 6 months ago and that same nasty window is still there. Couple that with the office staff forgetting to switch over the electricity into my name for a couple months, made for a bad start. Once winter hit, there were more problems - the heater (which isn't a furnace but an air handler) was having issues and could only barely hit upper 60s in the living room (and upper 50s in the bedroom) on days below 30 and only if you kept it running constantly. After informing the maintenance staff they looked at it, said it was running fine, that these types of heaters weren't really designed for MI and there wasn't anything else they would do. Top that with having packages stolen from my front door (which the office shrugged off as 'pranking kids'), having poorly plowed sidewalks and streets, burnt out street lamps, and dealing with a very unprofessional office staff - and you have a recipe for a really crappy apartment complex.
