New Management makes a great difference ( 02/15/2013 )

I've been here for 8 years and have seen a great change since they replaced the old property manager craig. Things are better than ever, changes are being made, repairs to the grounds, parking lot and buildings are well under wayand the new staff is the most helpful I've ever experienced.

Where should I start!?!
They have one person in the office, one in maintenence, and a manager that either a)stands there and orders the other two around b)lies to your face and makes empty promises.
The girl in the office does all of the cleaning and painting. They say that they have a service do it, but I've observed her doing it on multiple occassions. Once, it was the morning that someone moved in! They painted at 9am and had new renters moving in at 1pm!
There are potholes everywhere, siding falling off, roofing coming off, no shoveling/salting in the winter, and certainly DO NOT COUNT ON ANY MAINTENENCE! Even if these lazy people wanted to maintain the property-they do not have the knowledge. I have seen them fix the same area of roofing at least three times. Their ammenities suck too! Their "exercise room" may have been nice at one point, but you can't even use the one treadmill because the key is missing! The pool is filled, filled, filled with children all summer long. This wouldn't be terrible if the children were supervised. This complex has gone so far downhill! It is equal housing and it feels like a dirty trailer park inside. Someone threw up on our stairway and NO ONE cleaned it up, Oh! but maintenence vacuumed over it! :) super! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SO IS THE MANAGER!!!!
