The staff is rude, the apartments are old and noise filters through walls poorly. My apartment was invested with BEES and I couldnt even use the balcony. The parking lots were full of trash and the hallways were the same. The storage basements leaked and I wouldnt place any of my belongings down there because they were not very secure. This is a horrible run apartment complex, and a horrible place to live. They have to charge so little just to get people to move in.

i've lived here for a year. never had any issues. its quiet, which is a very important factor for me. they keep the common areas clean, as well as the grounds. nothing in my apt has ever been broken so i cant really say how maintenance responds to calls.
the office people are very friendly and remember who you are. i'll definitely be renewing my lease.
