Review for Westgate Terrace Apartments

I can honestly say that my stay at Westgate Terrace Apartments was nice. I love the layout of the place. There was alot of space in my 2 bedroom unit. The only thing I did not like about the layout and the space was the fact that when it got hot outside, the air conditioner was in the front of the unit and the air did not reach the back of the apartment so I had to rig fans down my hallway to get the air to come into my bedroom. The maintenance men always showed up in a timely fashion and fixed things right then and there the first time. The noise level was low most of the time, but I also stayed in the building with the office. I had very few issues with Westgate Terrace. The first one is the fact that you have to mail in your rent which absolutely made no sense to me when there was an office right there on the grounds. Another issue that I had is the fact that they had gas and electric separate and went through a 3rd party company for the billing. Last issue I had with Westgate was the issue of safety. Toward the end of my stay is when I started to develop issues with safety but when I reported it to the office they acted on it. It was very pleasant out there and I would like to move back there and would recommend anybody to move out there.
