Review for Park Place Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! The maintence on the apartments is next to none. The people are trash, they will let anyone rent here. Close to flint so it brings in alot of vandalism. My car was hit three times no one confessed. I actually set up a camera in the window to watch my car while i was sleeping etc. Rood neighbors, no one obeys the rules. LOUD stereos all the time in the parking lot. People racing in and out of the parking lot. All around a horrible complex. All around horrible management. STAY AWAY FROM PARKPLACE APARTMENTS!!!!
