Don't live here if you would like to deal with pleasant people on a daily basis. The office staff are lazy and act put-out to have to address any of the tenants concerns. The maintenance is incompetent and it does not matter how many requests you submit to get something fixed, it will not get done. Did I mention that the maintenance also charge for their poor services? The doorman at the Boardwalk has sworn at tenants. The walls are paper thin and you will never sleep. Everything is over-priced. There is some charm to the building itself, but the people that work at the Boardwalk make this a miserable place to live. Even though this place has some conveniences, if you decide to move in here, it will be the worst decision you have ever made. The salon is great though.
