I am a young college student, and although my older neighbors have been nice (though a bit curt sometimes), the ladies that work in the office are terrible! Even though I am a quiet, respectable and fiscally responsible tenant, they never fail to look down their noses at me, sneer at what I'm wearing, or help a person in line behind me before they help me. They don't dress their age, and therefore look terribly desperate and worse yet, they are rude bitties that like to rub noses with the more prestigious people that live in the building. Also, nothing is sound proof. I can hear EVERYTHING going on upstairs, whether it be the single guy peeing after getting home at 2am from the bar, or the same guy getting occasionally lucky, and having sex. No thanks. And one more thing, I dont smoke, but my neighbors do, and the second they light up, I can smell it as though its in my apartment. Its really bad, I Febreze everyday! I almost forgot,&*laughs* be prepared for an outrageous heating bill, for big, thick, brick building, there is no insulation, which of course leads to 1. loud sounds 2. bad smells 3. high heating bill! Its charming enough, but can hardly wait to leave!!!!! Hope this helped you make the decision not to live here! J
