Review for Drowlte Homes Apartments

Hi, i have a question about my lease if im able to get an opinion here...I have signed a 1 year lease with a place called Drowlte homes which has no real address but a post office box in Grand Rapids Michigan..I have a dog and 2 cats and the rental AD (advertisment) said pets OK! i had signed a pet lease with my pets names on them and to my knowledge my dog Chasity at the time was not pregnant. this was oct 7th, 2005. so my dog was added to the lease without the landlord/lady/drowlte homes, checking into the neutered/impregnated status of my dog nor made it clear that it was unexceptable for my dog to be impregnated at this time unil i mentioned it to Leigh Word that my dog Chasity was impregnated. at this time she came to me and wanted a copy of my lease because she "lost" hers and then spilled pop on the part about pet offspring being off the premises in 30 days! So then she told me i had to take my dog to the vet for prenatal care of the offspring to make sure shes healthy and i found it really odd that she kept calling me about taking my dog chasity in for that, then i get a letter stating i had to remove my dog from the property for being impregnated and at which time this dog is on the lease and has no where to go to ween her puppies that are not about to be destroyed at any cost in a illegal or inhumane matter..Drowlte homes has made it clear that Chasity has to be removed after the original lease was signed and also made it clear that the puppies be destroyed because the time frame givin doesnt allow for humane weaning! And to add to the harrasment my Daughter has paid her rent in a timely manner and also hasnt complained of anything concerning the early morning noise and drilling in the floor under her bed ect while shes lived there and the 3 time a week phone calls from Leigh Word wanting in my daughters apartment during the week and NOT calling AU/JU "me" back when i co signed for the lease..well i cosigned for the first lease not the one with the big hole in it because the landlady "Leigh Word" put in it for her convenience to evict my daughter for having a pregnant dog (she spilled pop on that part)............but the one where she pays rent on time and has a right to her pet since it said pets OK!!!!!!!!!!!!tHIS IS AS!I want to fight this lease and get out of it at any cost to an attorney that can help me get a harrasment charge, i lived here for from oct 7th to nov 28th so far and got 3 different versions of a lease to sign and i refuse to sign the last one..my mom and dad signed the first to co sign a lease for me and Drowlte homes wants them to sign a new one but im not doing it, they want me to take my dog to dog obedient class for damage to the house my dog cant even reach and this is all in 1 month and im a nervous wreck living here it dont feel like home i want to get out of this crap and i can prove my case to any lawyer way beyond what i told you here as i have ALOT more to tell about Drowlte homes and if u are looking to rent a place SAY NO TO DROWLTE HOMES OR WRITE TO APRIL9829@YAHOO.COM AND I WILL GIVE U THE LIST OF COMPLAINTS AND FRAUD FROM THIS PLACE! Leigh u are unfair and u do not care about your residents and i want reimbursment of my deposit and rent so i can move to a place where im comfortable since i was mislead believing you were the one, i hope others read this and know that they are crooked , dont bring pets there its misleading to get your money,,,
