bad when your door buzzers have been out since june and one excuse after another they are coming they have ordered parts-- the the mail man cant deliver mail cause the key dont work and gets stuck in the lock --the balconies are bad looking --but hay the building around the office all have new railings it reminds you of good part of neighborhood and then the bad part-- take a look around youll see what buildings need what. There good at first when you move in but wait while when you need something else --its always got to order parts, when the stuff should be on hand.
