Review for Central Park Place Apartments

Offer discount on rental rate only to find out the place is falling apart. Basic maintenance not performed. Intercom system doesn't work so visitors better have a cell phone. Water damage on walls. Repainting before move in doesn't include base boards and ceiling. Apartment was filthy at move in. Ceiling fans falling out of ceiling. No hot water until it runs for 15 minutes. Major disappointment...do not rent at this place.
