I would have to agree with most of what everyone else has said about this community. When I first moved into my new 2 bedroom townhome, I loved it. It was the perfect little space for me and my small child. I didn't really care for the design, but I worked with it. The design would have been okay if the place was MUCH bigger. The kids are AWFUL and it's basically a bunch of poor white trash residing in these units (something I didn't know before hand). I've dealt with bad ass kids throwing and spitting on my patio door and the final straw was when I had $2000 in damage done to my new car when some child or adult (still not sure) decided to use a rock and scrap up my car!! I moved immediately and just let the lease run out! The office was not very helpful, nor were the police. I moved to this community from another city and I guess I didn't do my research very well because the whole experience was bad, bad, bad. Fortunately for me, I didn't experience any problems with bugs, mice, mold, or rodents....but that was back in 2001...
