There was a fire at my apartment the other night at 3am, I almost died from smoke inhalation, half my clothes were burnt, the other half ruined by smoke. All my leather furniture, flat screen tv, bed, dresser, and the rest of my stuff is basically ruined by the smoke. The fire marshal said the fire was started because the duct work behind the old dryer, that runs through the wall, was completely plugged, and the regular cleaning of these obviously was not being done, and that every other dryer in that apartment complex probably looked like mine did. Now the management here is trying to not take responsibility for their failure to make these apartments a safe place to sleep at night, and won't call me back when they are supposed to and have now told me that if I want to talk to them that I should just have my attorney call them. So I greatly regret my decision to move to Wyndham Hill, and belieive how Management is handling this situattion reflects their moral standards, and how much they really care about their residents. I am now without half my clothes, with the other half too smoky to wear, no apartment to sleep in, and all my belongsings ruined by smoke, and management isn't even giving me a second thought. So I really suggest not moving to Wyndham Hill Apartments, it has been a really disapionting experience for me, and I hope that you do not make the same mistake I did.
