Apartment Reviews for Bloomfield Townhomes - Grand Rapids

Parkwood Apartments, formerly Bloomfield Townhomes, is located near route 131, near the 6 and 8 miles south of downtown Grand Rapids. Eight restaurants are within walking distance for residents who don’t have the time or patience to cook at home; they include East Garden Buffet, Cabana Tres Amigos, and Bella Mia Pizzeria. Ten schools, ranging from kindergarten to high school, are also within miles of the complex for residents with children. Reviewers liked the units and convenience of the location, but found the management hard to work with at times and some felt the area was a bit unsafe.
