Review for Boardwalk Apartments

My heat bill is $200 per month and it's always a cold 69. The heating system always fails and maintenance and Siemens can't figure out what's wrong. Noise is unbearable, there's no way to prevent noise through the floor and walls without a re-design by Nasa engineers. You cannot sleep the whole night in this building. Trash collection, air handlers, cargo deliveries, Harley riders leaving Teazers late at night, you will hear it all. I hear my neighbor hiccup and sneeze, the walls are pencil thin and the air ducts conduct sound. The building is wood, not concrete, so one fire and the whole place could go. My first year there were 4 fire alarms at night and we had to wait for the fire department outside in the cold. There aren't enough parking spaces for all tenants, so my spot has been shuffled three times, my car has been booted and stickered, and security just snickers. Now with the condo sales, construction crews and materials (lumber, bricks, drywall) are everywhere blocking the entrances and leaving dirt and cords all over the floor and parking area. I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved in. Looking for new place everyday
