Meijer and Farmer’s Market are both near for attractions unique to this area of the Grand Rapids. Fuller Park and Wilcox Park both provide some space for outdoor fun. Auquinas College is also near, making Briarlane Apartments a perfect place to stay for students or staff. Reviews stated that the apartments are pleasant and quiet, and the building is well maintained. There have been a few complaints in regard to the management, but many reviews say the office staff is very helpful.
