Our Review for Burton's Landing
Burton's Landing rests on Burton Street, above Camelot Park and beside I-96. The Ecosystem Reserve and Calvin College are not far from the property, offering tenants an array of things to do. Students and faculty can find great housing at Burton's Landing with the campus located within steps of the complex. Residents can hit up the Woodland Mall around the corner or stop at the Celebration Cinema for a movie. There are no resident reviews of Burton's Landing as of February 28, 2013.

I thought Burton's Landing was wonderful!! I lived there for 9 months with no problems what so ever!! I should have never moved away. For the main fact that they have the most reasonable prices,great location(easy to find) My apartment was great, I heardly heard any noise at all. My neighbors were respectful and wonderful. Maintenance/and on call emergancy maintenace were always there right away for emergancies i had, and were there asap with any other general maintence fixes i needed!! Not to mention the office staff was the most personable staff I had ever met.. They knew my apartment number, and remember little things about me. Which really was great!! That alone made me feel at home!! I reallly miss living at Burton's landing and suggest to everyone who is looking.. that they will be in good hands living there!!

Lived here for six months, they have nice floor plans with lots of room at a decent price. lots of parking lot views, and big windows to let in lots of light. neighbors arn't bad, but did complain about noises while i wasn't home. Neighbors would also take my carport, and apartments wouldn't do much about it. there are some cars that have been sitting since I moved in and need to be repaired or removed from property. I have had issues that needed to be repaired since begining of lease that are still unrepaired. other than that the grounds and halways are well kept and clean. good place for a family since there are lots of kids and parks around. I would not suggest this apartment to a friend until they got the maintenance issues sorted out.
