Apartment Review for Emerald Creek Apartments

I have lived in this complex for almost three years and with in this time management has changed 3 times, the complaints that you give go unrecognized for quiet some time. Also in the past few months the trash that is supposed to be included in your rent continuously piles outside of the dumpster and sits for at least a week before dumped!
