Our Review for Green Ridge Apartments

Green Ridge Apartments lies 4 miles north of downtown Grand Rapids, near route 131 and the 37. For bookworms, the Comstock Park Branch Library is just a mile away. For coffee addicts, Starbucks is less than a half mile from the building. Ten restaurants are within easy walking distance from the complex, including Golden Corral, Outback Steakhouse, Hibachi Grill, and Olive Garden. As of April 2013, no recent reviews could be found on this apartment complex.

Green Ridge apartments is as good as an apartment complex as I have ever lived in. The staff is fairly professional, maintenance is friendly and prompt. We had a bad neighbor, but there are bad neighbors no matter where you go. The grounds are kept up immaculately and snow removal is very prompt. They even let you paint so long as you repaint when you leave. <P>
