Apartment Reviews for Kensington Preserve - Grand Rapids

I have lived in multiple apartment complexes throughout Grand Rapids and this is by far the best. Where the complex was located was a little questionable for me but once I moved here I realized it was a good location. Its out in the country so it tends to be quieter here. I currently live here and plan to live here for a couple more years. I have never had a problem with the maintenance or office staff. They always say hi and ask if everything is ok. The apartment is beautifuly designed. I would recommend this complex over anyother.
