With over nine different floor units it is hard not to find a perfect apartment amid Northview Harbor. Apartments range from studio up to two bedroom apartments with varying degree of square footage. Northview Harbor also provides a nice assortment of property features to round out every tenants stay.

I have lived here for about 1 year and it has been ok. I have nice neighbors and i love i can walk my dog on the property. I can walk to the library. It is old and i wish they would do some updates on the property itself, but overall i cant complain.

Do not live here.. management are very rude.. they expect you to do everything they ask of you, but dont hold up on there end. Promise things when you sign a new lease but you never get them. Its a scam to get people to live here..

a good property overall. maint staff does its best.office staff tries to accomadate tennants . would recomend to friends and family

I rented a one bed, one bath unit on the lower level.
I liked that there were only 4 units per entry door and the entrance as locked and anybody wishing to enter had to be buzzed in. At the time, I was a single woman and I never once feared for my safty. The covered parking was included in the rent and I never had a problem with neighbors parking in my spot.
If I hadn't ment my husband and moved to Kentucky, I would have been there longer and would not hesitate to go back should I find myself in the market for an apartment in Michigan again.
