Apartment Review for Old Farm Shores

Multiple issues with this rental community: Neighborhood is unsafe due to the lack of acknowledgment by office staff, staff lacks common courtesies when trying to address problems, questionable rental fluctuations (mine raised $100 per month to renew lease), rentals are in poor condition, including mold in bathrooms. Witnessed a child fall through fishing pier on property due to no maintenance of wood decks (walk out to the piers to see the damage for yourself but walk with caution). I'm actually surprised they pass as a section 8 community. Also, they will not disclose this information when asked. My friend and I were told "mostly busy professionals live in our community". I later found out that I was the only professional in my building and the only person with a job out of all the folks in my building. This is not a safe place to live.
