Apartment Review for Oxford Place Apartments

I enjoyed my apartment, the landscaping, and convenient location. One of the biggest drawbacks, however, is that these apartments are located next to a bad neighborhood, which brings a fair amount of crime into Oxford.

Someone mentioned the door buzzer not working, which I also remember. The intercom system is old enough that parts are hard to find, so I don't think it was the fault of the maintenance team that there was a long wait. My balcony was also in poor shape, but a contractor is currently replacing them all. Overall, I was satisfied with the maintenance on my apartment and building while there.

I was most dissatisfied with the current property manager. She is inexperienced, fake, and brings her personal insecurities/feelings into work relations. The staff seemed divided after her arrival, which creates high turnover, confusion, and poor customer service in the long run.

If Oxford Place were to get a new property manager and assistant, I would recommend it!
