Park Place sits near I-196 in the center of downtown Grand Rapids. The complex is a couple blocks away from the Grand Rapids Public Library, as well as Grand Rapids Community College and Kendall College of Art and Design. Grand Valley State University, Davenport University, and Western Michigan University are also all within a mile of the building. Close by restaurants include Heritage Restaurant, Bartertown Diner, and One Trick Pony Grill & Taproom. Reviewers liked the location and maintenance crew, but some renters had issues with management in regards to fixing problems and retrieving security deposits.
