Review for Rolling Pines Apartments

yea, you heard me. a pet. we have fish and cats and the cats would be eating something and here its a huge spider. they don't come in on a regular basis to spray let alone the furnace ducts have crud in them. not good people. there's been mice underneath the apartments, in walls, other rodents that live in walls amongst god knows who what. yea, it looks like a really cheap place to live for $440 on up based on your income but these people don't care about residents safety nor thier health. all they want is your money and that is a fact. try driving on their property and witnessing cars speed through stop signs as though they are not there barely missing kids in the summer. not a saft enviroment nor their health let alone yours. don't live here. oh yea, its pretty sad the the staff even run the stop sign and they get after the residents for not stopping. all they do is give them a warning and if your cought doing it again, they give you another warning. they don't penalize anybody for breaking the law nor will their so called
