Timber Ridge Apartments has an excellent location in the area of Grand Rapids. There are plenty of restaurants close by including 44th Street Diner, Jimmy John’s, and Great Lakes Chinese Restaurant. Charles Lemery Park also is in the neighborhood for those who enjoy some time outdoors. Pines Golf Course and Le Kaufman Golf Course provides tenants a place to tee off. Tenant reviews mentioned the constant change in management and said the building is aging, which can cause some interior issues with the units. However, management may be in the process of addressing resident concerns.
