Cambridge Court Is A Nice Place To Live

Rented: From Pre1989 To 2009

I have lived here for 10+ years. The problem is that PK Housing doesn't want to pay its manager and maintainance staff for the hours they truly work. Then when inspection time rolls around all the things that needed to be done months ago get done! Yes, it will look nice for the inspectors, but afterwards... You don't pay staff minimum wage for 20 hours a week when they are working at LEAST double the hours. You have to wait months for repairs even when they are health hazzards.

AGAIN-it is the management company, not the manager and maintainance that is the problem!

go to the PK Housing website-we all need to help fellow tenants out and voice our concerns or things won't get any better!
