Review for Beachwood Apartments

First year we lived here was fine...but then the white trash started moving in. Smoking and leaving cigarette butts on pool deck...beer cans all over the property and noise you wouldn;t believe. Despite repeated efforts, they just would not evict the noise makers(even after the police came a few times and one time they came and entered the guy's apt when he wasn't home). We also had a bike stolen from some jackasses that were pissed at us for telling the management to ask them to keep their kids off OUR porch.

We also had to deal with a kid who threw parties and his mom would come home and yell at him til 3-4 am. Other nights, "mom" would throw her own parties. This place was a very nice place...but not anymore.
