Assisted Living, This may be a beautiful place. However, the residents in buildings 4 and 5 are treated awful. They have beautiful model rooms that they "set up" for tours, try looking in the other residents rooms. there is mold in the ceilings and in the carpets. Notice the smell in these buildings, the use of glade country garden airfreshner is a rule, the housekeeping staff carry a can in each hand spraying them at the same time.

The fire alarms, if pulled do not alert the fire department why is this? because in case of fire you are to call the administrator so she can determine if the fire department realy needs to be called. . The residents in these buildings are left in urine and feces which is obvious due to the skin breakdown on their bottoms. In building #5 the dementia/ alzheimers unit which has a code to get in and out, although, on occassion when residents do tend to slip out behind staff or visitors, the caregivers are NOT ALLOWED TO CALL THE POLICE. The administrator has strict rules for this kind of situation, you must call her and alert the other buildings and she and a select few will go look for the resident.
