Review for Aspen Lakes Apartments

We live here for almost 2 years and everything is just perfect. It's expensive compared to the neighboring apartments but it's worth it! The landscaping is great. The neighbors are great. The facilities is awesome. Since this place is expensive, most of the tenants are well off or well educated, so it is very safe. The management is very easy to talk to, if you can't afford to pay your rent anymore, you can talk to them and they will find a way to rent your unit out. You don't need to bad mouth your neighbors or the management. All the units are brand new, so there's not much to fix and if there are things that need fixing the maintenance guy is very helpful.

When you want to rent this place, you will not regret it as long as you can afford it. So consider your financial situation before renting.
