Apartment Reviews for South Square Apartments - Holt

I have lived in South Square since January. I moved from a house with lots of space and quietness. My children all moved out and I didn't need such a big place anymore. I wondered how living in an apartment would be.
I have found my answer. I like it here, for the most part it is quiet and I can get the sleep I need wether it be in the day time or night time. I have plenty of space for me. It was a big ajustment but well worth it.
I enjoy the pool as much as I can and have found most people are very friendly. I like the grilles with picnic tables, it allows me to have my family over for a cook out and enjoy the great outdoors.
Management are very good. They have a great look out for what is best for the residents. The manager has really done some great things and seems to have managed to get things looking great and makes me happy to be living here. She is a great person to have to deal with and is understanding of issues (she does stay with the rules). She makes you feel no matter if you have issues, she doesn't treat you any different.
I'm proud to say I live here and would definitely would suggest living here to anyone. In fact I already have.
