Review for Canterbury Woods Apartments

My husband and I have been residents of this complex for 2 years now and from day one have had issues with the office staff employed there and it's managerial staff! It was our mistake in staying the second year and we so regret it now because our problems with the office just continue to grow. The office staff and mangers are rude, unprofessional, and give off an "uncaring" attitude from what my husband and I have been experiencing!!!!! My list of complaints with them is mile long and I can't begin to justify it here, but to give an example, it started when we first filled out our paper work for move in approval and we found out after waiting the 7 days that they told us it would take to be approved, that the staff never even faxed our paper work over to anyone for approval and it had been just sitting in their office the entire 7 days! We had been calling them this whole time asking if we'd been approved and the whole time they just kept telling us it haden't come back yet when it reality, they had it all along. We never recieved an explanation as to why this happened!! I should have had the feeling that things wouldn't get any better back then because they have not. Look, like I said.....many reasons, but this complex is no where you wanna live and no matter how much you complain, because I have, you won't see any results or feel like anyone cares. I even went as far as contacting the company who ownes my apartment complex, GROUP FIVE MANAGEMENT and they have done nothing to change things or make me feel better about anything. For your own good, don't move here!!!!
