You have to be careful of when reading reviews about apartments online is that reviews are often not a good gauge on whether an apartment might or might not be a good fit for you. Generally, people who leave reviews for things only do so when they have a negative experience. People who are pleased and happy with their apartments often do not take time to let the world know. As the management company in question, we only ask that you visit some of the apartments, talk to the staff, the manager, the maintenance men and see how the property is actually ran and managed...don't go by the reviews! We will continue to get better in what we do and hope our residents and prospects can work with us to resolve any problems that may be brought to our attention in the future.
By placing this review we did not change the "ratings" or place any additional positive information to interfere with the rating system, this was simply to be an honest management reply to the complaint above.
