Not Very Friendly Here Really

Rented: 2008 To 2009

I have lived here since June. Apts are nice on outside- hallways well kept up and nicely painted with carpeted hallways.
One bedroom apartments are very small for a price of over 600 dollars- a bit above market rates on graph here. Pricey yes but quiet and safe. Neighbors nice and personable. Lots of college grads livng here. Office manager new to complex I do believe- she is somewhat intimidating to her tenants expressed by others as well. Will see what my year here at mill creek brings me - hopefully not a rent increase. It is nice- just not appreciated by managment they could treat their tenants a tad nicer. Maintenance men always busy and working geting the job done. Lots of empty apts now due to homebuyers stimulus package to expire in 30 days. Some got houses some moved to cheaper apts in today's hard times- I can see both.
