Review for Riverfront Apartments

I chose this apartment purely based on location and availability (oh and price). I just suffered through the outdoor music festival that takes place literally right outside of the apartment building. It was very loud. The office staff lacks accountability, knowledge and are unresponsive. The apartment that I moved in to was not painted or cleaned thoroughly. The eliptical in the fitness center has been broken since I moved in (4 months ago) and even though I have reported it numerous times they saw fit to place a huge flat screen tv in the center opposed to fixing the equipment.
