Review for Trappers Cove Trail Apartments

Great place to live. I have lived here for several years and have never had any problems with any of the staff or my neighbors. It has been my observation that the ones having problems are the ones that continue to ignore the rules of the community even though they are clearly written out in the lease. For instance, I have seen a sign that says exactly what the previous review says. It is setting in a window for all to see...right next to the cat. This community does not allow pets. Obviously this person is in the wrong. It is a well-tended, quiet community. There is a waiting list of people hoping to get into an apartment here. That alone tells me that I have chosen well.
