Review for Trappers Cove Trail Apartments

My father just passed away and I was out of town till the 2nd, when I brought my rent check to the office they were very rude and told me that I needed to add the late fee to it. I asked if they could just take this and I'll pay the late fee next month and they said, "NO, we don't accept partial payments" How rude, my father just died w/o warning and you guys are going to harass me over $20? I am so terminating my lease as soon as I find a better place to rent.
