*Parking lots are very dark since they took the lighting units out of the parking lots, so you are unable to see who is out there because it is so dark.
*Gunshot sounds in the near distance were pretty common month to month.
*Some delivery places won't deliver there, they said they were getting robbed.
*The parking lot is large but crumbling and full of massive potholes.
*There is also a parking lot that floods when it rains or the snow melts so it's like a minature lake out there which covers 3/4 of the lot in the spring you can watch the ducks swin in it.
*Varies from building to building, fairly clean inside the buildings.
*Maintenance is only available if they (the boss, office, ?) feel like it. A lot goes ignored. Messages for maintenance go ignored. Completely ignored.
*Maintenance has no problem inserting their key into the door of your unit whether you are home or not without permission and comes right in.
CONDITION OF UNIT
*Usual 20 layers of paint for a low cost housing unit, which is suppose to last 3 years and upon moving out you are pro-rated on the life of the paint if you leave before being there for 3 years.
*Countertops and cabinnets are all chipped you and rotting.
*Carpets and padding underneath haven't been changed in years so you are going to be living in dirty because it's embedded into the carpeting even after multiple carpet cleanings that they don't pay for.
*Humidity. Too dry in the winter, you'll wake up rasping. Too wet all the other times, thick black mold grows on the windows if you don't disinfect them several times a week.
*Major roach problem!!!! Unless you enjoy lil brothers running around, then this might not be a problem for you.
*gunshot sounds at night.
*occasional loud music.
It's cheap, rundown, management doesn't really manage anything for the residents, and it's not very safe. Manager doesn't do anything when complaints about prostitution and drug trafficing are reported to her. Site manager's live-in boyfriend is on the Sexual Offender Registry along with another staff memeber who cleans the apartments. When making rent payments manganer puts the money orders in her pocket and forgets and then says that you haven't paid the rent, maybe if whe wasn't under the influence of narcotics herself she would know what is going on in the community. Manager also is very unprofessional wanting to argue with tenants in the office infront of other residents...very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
You may find that manager allows several people to reside in the units which are all 1 bdrm units how I have no clue, she allows people with children of both sexes to move into these apartments knowing that she has pedifiles living out here and there is a daycare center right across the street. When manager evicts people she takes their belongings left there and stores them in the garages that are supposed to be for rent so that they are only availble to a few people who have been here for years, then she sells the items to other people.
This is the most ghetto place that I have lived and am currently looking for a new place to move to!!!!!!!!!
