Review for Royal Madison Apartments

I moved to this apartment last August and its been my best apartment experience so far. I had four apartments before moving here. Moved each year cuz of issues... these experiences were so not enjoyable. I don't know want to gother.

At Royal Madison my new apartment home was in great shape when I moved in - Clean, orderly - the way that you would expect things to be. Working appliances etc... I called the manager to get Thank them for delivering upon what had been committed when I signed the lease. It was quite a supprise. And also, to make sure that my friends could park in the lot. There is lots of parking, but most complexes frown upon friends parking there even if they are helping you move. Sure enough it was ok. :)

The neighbors are quiet. I dont hear them, maybe they dont even grumble at one another.. LOL.. whom knows, but they are quiet and that is important to me. If I had to name something of my worst points might be for a potential renter is that the pool is limited to residents. Laundary onsite is a pleasure too. I did not have that at the last two places.

I like the lush green lawn and the trees, its well kept, good neighbors, oh, the management is friendly and prompt with the repairs quick repairs and a very fair price! And close to Royal Oak, but I dont have to pay the higher rental prices in RO.
