Review for Royal Madison Apartments

I moved into Royal Madison a couple of months ago and have found it to be a great place.
It's quiet (even though my home is on the ground floor, which is usually the louder floor to live on)
the halls and premisys are clean. The rental rate is very reasonable compared with other places I've looked at and also lived in.
(especially compared to other places in the Royal Oak area!) Royal Madison is on the Boarder of Royal Oak, So im saving a LOT each month. I have all the convienences, but not the high rent.
and the people in the management and maintenance departments are very helpful and friendly, particularly if you treat them like human - after all we all just want to see a smile.
Royal Madison's pet-rent fees are very reasonable, the pools is nice, and the laundry facilities actually work & there are pleanty of machines I don't have to wait for a machine to do laundary
unlike a lot of places I've been. Security has been no problem, either. So far I really like it here.
