Apartment Reviews for Bracken Woods Apartment - Midland

I live in Bracken Woods. The name speaks for itself. I am able to have a bird feeder on the edge of the woods and watch birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. We have had huge raccons but they are taken away when they are a bother to my bird feeder. My bird feeder was stolen a month or so ago and found by that evening. Yes, there is problems every where a person lives but I do appreciate the Apt. Managers who work hard to make this a pleasant place for all to live. I like the security of knowing that I have a problem it gets addressed quickly as they can. I appreciate the quietness(most of the time). But if you have children you might consider living somewhere else as there are just a few things for your children to play on and children do need to be supervised. It is not the apt. manager's job to watch your children. I may not like the speed bumps but I am glad they are here so we dont have people racing through here most of the time. I wish to publically thank the apartment managers and maintenance men for keeping this a wonderful place to live. Plus, I would also like to add that we tenants are expected to clean our areas up and keep the trash where it belongs...So if we all work together we will have an even better place to call home. You are welcome to come and look over the apts for yourself. But please understand, I personally feel that we do have higher standards in which to qualify to live here. And if current residents are unhappy there are many other places in Midland Co. you may wish to move to.
