Apartment Reviews for Tiffany Woods Apartments - Muskegon

When I first moved to the area these were the premier apartments to live however with the various management change the quality has decrease. The worst is that the building i am in the apartment below is infested with severe bed bits which is causing me to strip both my bedrooms and living and dining room. When I asked about compensation I told that they are spending a lot of money to have the units sprayed but in my opinion that is not of my concern. Then I was told that I could sent the owners a bill and they might help with the washing of my clothes and time given since this is being done on a work day at 3:00 and now being able to return until about 2 hours after teatment. Therefore, I was caution anyone from moving in. The apartments are spacious but the quality is awful. The complex is now taking Section 8. I hope to be out before my lease.

After looking at many other apartment complexes in the Muskegon area, we decided that Tiffany Woods Apartments was the place for us. It was the most affordable, yet spacious, complex we looked at and even featured a heated full-size indoor pool and workout center. There are 1/1, 2/1, 2/1.5, and 3/1.5 bedrooms available in classic and updated designer styles. <P>
We have lived here for about a year and a half and have been pretty satisfied with the experience. The grounds themselves are fairly well kept and are very large and scenic with courtyards in between the buildings. Most maintenance problems we have are promptly fixed. The pool and workout area are very nice and never overcrowded. The large clubhouse is great for having family gatherings. The Roosevelt Park area of Muskegon is very close to the lake and has lots of stores within a short driving distance. <P>
Some of the cons of the apartment homes are that the buildings are 30 years old and a little outdated. The bedrooms on the corner of the buildings are very cold during the winter. Depending on which building you live in, parking can be a bit of a walk. The office staff is frequently changing and not everyone is on top of what needs to be done so things can be "forgotten" or "misplaced" (I myself worked on the leasing staff for 3 months). <P>
