Apartment Review for Pendleton Park

In the year I lived there, 3 cars were broken into with their wheels stolen, and were left on blocks for a number of days. There were also several notices posted about children (young girls) being approached by men asking them to get into their car. <P>
The office staff is a joke. They do not respond to you when you have a question or concern. The property manager is rarely in the office, so nothing is ever handled or corrected. I was quoted in the low $700's for rent, and was overcharged the entire year I lived there. I requested it to be corrected 5 times, and included the documents to back it up, and it was still never corrected. They tacked on numberous fees, and additional charges, and claim that your rent was late even though it was turned in 5 days early. <P>
