Pendleton Park was a fun place to live, we would prob. stay another 6 months but have lost jobs, and the rent has become too pricey for us now. Anyway, staff is helpful, everytime we called maintenance they were there by the next day. They even came once at 2 am because our fire alarm wouldn't stop beeping. The pool and workout facilities are nice, although there are too many kids around there in the summer. The apartment is pretty new, and everything is nice. We didn't have problems with appliances except for the dishwasher and the maintenance people came to fix that. It's a nice place, there are nice people that live and work here. I would definitely recommend it. <P>
