Apartment Reviews for Cedar Creek Apartments
Stay Away

When I read some of the reviews about Cedar Creek, I thought people were just overreactig a little. Aparments usually have thinner walls so I figured its natural to hear a little bit from neighbors. What is unnatural is having the neighbors blaring loud music at all hours of the day and night with the bass turned up very high. We also had people who have had loud fights, in the hallways and they will only quiet down if the police come. I have talked to the managment about these people too, but they still havent been evicted, or penalized.
My roommate moved out, so when I couldn't find another roommate, I had to break the lease which, for me, cost $1,138. I'm still a young adult, so I had my dad there to talk to the managment too and we asked them multiple times what we needed to pay, how much everything costs and they only told us the amount stated above. A few weeks after I moved out I got a letter in the mail telling me I owe $624 more for unpaid concessions. The manager told me it was in my lease so I should know, but they had waived the 30-day notice policy and let me move out by the end of the month and we asked what we owe. So they waived one policy, but when they can collect big time, they stick to policy. On another note, the pet weight limit is 25lbs and I have seen many of my neighbors who have dogs as big a greyhounds.
Long story short, it is NOT worth it to sign at Cedar Creek.
