Review for Brookstone Place Apartments

We have an apartment at brookstone, and they staff is WONDERFUL! Theyve answered us in a quick and friendly matter everytime weve called. Never had i had a problem with them. I LOVE our apartment. It is so cozy and nice. We are based off of 2 incomes and we pay $470...so i dont know where the people who posted saying they pay $700 a month because they highest it can go up to is 609. Yes the utilities are alittle bit higher, its a great place. We live on the lower level and we occasionally hear the ppl upstairs but its nothing id ever even consider complaining about. We have kids behind us in the apartment, but the walls must be insulated pretty well because weve never heard them. Nor have we heard anything from the apartment next to us. I have never had a problem here. I think the people complaining are prob. the ppl who got kicked out and are pissed about it. If your moving here, goodluck and enjoy. i love it!
